Ingredients:

-Old fashioned oats
-Almond/coconut milk (or whichever nut milk you prefer)
-Sweetener of choice (Coconut sugar, honey, maple syrup, brown rice syrup, Truvia)
-Jelly or Jam
-Add-ins of choice (blueberries, strawberries, finely chopped apple, coconut flakes, walnuts, chia seeds, etc).
-Vanilla extract (or almond, orange, maple, etc)

Mix all ingredients in a mason jar and leave in the fridge overnight. Eat cold or warmed up (I like it best cold)

Some good combinations to try:

-Coconut flakes, marmalade and pineapple
-Pecans, maple and cinnamon
-Peanut butter and jelly
-Apple, apple butter, walnuts, and cinnamon
-Almonds, Dried cherries, chia seeds, Vanilla
-Almonds, blueberry jelly, and lemon extract
