Ingredients:
1 cup almond pulp
1 small or medium ripe banana (spotted)
pinch of salt
14 small dates (4 medjool dates)
3 TBSP of Coconut Oil
3 cups of unsweetened coconut flakes
optional: 1/2 or 1 TBSP Buttery Coconut Oil
optional: pinch or 1/2 tsp of ground nutmeg or cinnamon powder

Can dehydrate it or put it in the oven at 375 degrees F or 400 degrees F.

Sounds yummy Smile How long do you bake them in the oven for sis? And do you like them better raw or cooked?

Put it in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown b/c every oven is different.

I have never try this recipe before but will probably prefer baked b/c it will make it a little more crunchy and crispy.
