Please pray for my long term girlfriend as she does not pray, read the bible, or attend church. While she does have some conservative christian values, she works on the Sabbath as her employer requires. I have been praying for her schedule to change so she won't have to work on the Sabbath, and I also pray that the Holy Spirit may find a way into her heart.

Thank you all,
Scotty

Submit yourself therefore to God, resist the devil and he will flee from you. James 4:7

If I were you, I would have a serious talk with her about Christ, and what it is that He died for. To have some Christian values, but to not read the Bible or not pray, or attend church, is to not have a connection with Christ. This is like Isaiah 4:1, claiming to be a Christian, but having no desire to walk as He walked, and having no desire to read the Bible truth as it is written, but to call themselves Christians, to take away the shame. This is a fearful deception to be under. Please take action at once, if you have not already. (: And if she refuses to listen... It my be wise to consider being not unequally yolked.
This entire situation will be in my prayers.

thank you for your prayers DGenesis. It appears that God is lighting a path for me to follow. My prayer is that she will follow me down that path. For the time being, we can take some comfort in Pauls writings regarding sanctification.

Quote:
And the woman that hath a husband that believeth not and he be pleased to dwell with her, let her not leave him. For the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy.
I Corinthians 7:13-14

If she rejects the truth, when it becomes clear, don't hesitate to remove yourself from her. Sad Will keep it in prayer.
