Ingredient and Material List (all are highlighted in blue)

- (2) whole green bell peppers, chopped
- (1 1/2) whole white onion, chopped
- (1/3 cup) cilantro, diced
- One large bowl
- blender
- Salt [season to your own taste preference]
- Pepper [season to your own taste preference]
- (2 tbsp) curry seasoning
- (1 1/2 tbsp) garlic seasoning
- (1 1/2 tbsp) turmeric
- (2) cubes Edward & Sons Not-Chick'n Bouillon Cubes
- (4) cloves of fresh garlic
- (3) cans chick peas
- (3-4 cups) oats
- Extra virgin olive oil
- frying pan

STEP ONE. YOU WILL NEED:

- (2) whole green bell peppers, chopped
- (1 1/2) whole white onion, chopped
- (1/3 cup) cilantro, diced

Chop these ingredients using cutting board. Place in large bowl. Set aside.

STEP TWO. YOU WILL NEED:

- blender
- Salt [season to your own taste preference]
- Pepper [season to your own taste preference]
- (2 tbsp) curry seasoning
- (1 1/2 tbsp) garlic seasoning
- (1 1/2 tbsp) turmeric
- (2) cubes Edward & Sons Not-Chick'n Bouillon Cubes
- (4) cloves of fresh garlic
- (3) cans chick peas

Open the cans of chick peas. Place in blender. Add Bouillon Cubes and garlic gloves. Next, add listed seasonings. Finally blend all until smooth.

STEP THREE. YOU WILL NEED:

- chopped ingredients from step one

Add the blended content into the bowl with the chopped veggies.

STEP FOUR. YOU WILL NEED:

- (3-4 cups) oats

Add oats to mixture. If sticky add more oatmeal so that you are able to produce a higher yield of patties.

STEP FIVE. YOU WILL NEED:

- Extra virgin olive oil
- frying pan

Add olive oil to pan. Heat high, then reduce to medium heat. Oil is ready when a drop of water "fries". Take the mixture and using your hand or and ice cream scoop, make small balls. Flatten the balls to produce patties. When fryer is ready, fry patty on one side until golden brown. Flip and repeat for the other side. Patty is ready for removal from heat when both sides are golden brown. Yields about 18-20 patties. Enjoy!!!

You can freeze any unused mixture. Just thaw, place in mixing bowl and add water for desired consistency.

Plain oats are fine. That's what the recipe calls for. I call plain oats "oatmeal" lol. Sorry for any confusion, I'll make to make an edit Smile
