Scroll down to the "WebRTC IP Leak Test - Is your IP address leaking?" section and start following instructions from there through "Excellent Firefox Privacy Addons" and finish at "Firefox: Privacy Related "about:config" Tweaks" section. Feel free to skip the part about NoScript Security Suite and Policeman addons.

If you're interested in encrypted email, scroll down to "Privacy-Conscious Email Providers - No Affiliates" section.

The addons I highly recommend for all users to get for their browsers (if the browser supports it) are uBlock Origin (ad blocker), Disconnect, Self-Destructing Cookies, and HTTPS Everywhere.

By the way, working to secure online communications, trying to get "privacy" to some degree, and working for resiliency isn't being paranoid, in this age. It's called being smart and responsible for your Internet presence.
