If a man runs off and lives with a woman and cheats on his wife with this woman he moved in with.
Then decides to marry her after he divorces
His wife couple years after,( He divorced hi wife for no reason )
Does God bless this marraige?
( this man knows its a sin and is not an athiest
And knows the bible very well.

I doubt it. While they may repent they'll suffer the natural consequences of such actions.

Proverbs 6:32-33 "32 But whoso committeth adultery with a woman lacketh understanding: he that doeth it destroyeth his own soul. 33 A wound and dishonour shall he get; and his reproach shall not be wiped away."
Matthew 5:27-28 "27 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: 28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart."
Matthew 5:32 "But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery."
Luke 16:18 "Whosoever putteth away his wife, and marrieth another, committeth adultery: and whosoever marrieth her that is put away from her husband committeth adultery."

Exodus 20:14 "Thou shalt not commit adultery."
