Soft Unleavened Flat Bread recipe: Exclamation Warning: Don't use this bread for Communion!

2 cups all-purpose white flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup of water

1 Add the flour to the bowl
2 Add the salt to the bowl and mix well
3 Make a well in the middle of the flour and salt mix
4 Add the water to the well bit by bit while mixing with a fork.
5 Mix.
6 Add a splash of water (about 2 tablespoons)
7 Add a little more flour if the dough is too sticky
8 Flour the working surface and knead the dough for 5 to 7 minutes.
9 Cover the dough with cling film or a damp tea towel to prevent the dough from becoming dry.
10 Let the dough rest for 30 minutes
11 Divide the dough into 9 balls (Slightly larger than a golf ball)
12 Sprinkle a little bit of flour on to a working surface and roll out the balls into a circle(doesn't have to be a perfect circle)
roll out the flatbreads thin.
13 Heat a large frying pan.
14 Cook each flatbread for about two minutes on one side - it should puff up a little.
15 Flip the flatbread over and then cook for a couple of minutes on the other side.
The flatbread should have turned lighter in color and may have a few spots of brown.
16 Keep the cooked flatbreads warm wrapped in a clean tea towel, until the others are cooked.
17 Serve
This flatbread is versatile you use can use it to make wraps, dip it in hummus and do many other things.

Here is how to make the flatbread on a video
The method in the video is slightly different and faster.
But i recommend the written method because resting the dough for 30 minutes makes the flatbreads turn out better.

The flatbread recipe is great and tasty. I love unleavened bread of any type but these eaten after being freshly rolled and cooked are terrific. Much easier on my "fangs" than my beloved hardtack.
Louis, I am new to the forum and I see that you have several requests for prayer. Please know that while I hope your prayers have been answered already by our Loving GOD, I will include you in my personal prayer list. God Bless you brother.
