Vegan Chili Recipe

2 -15 oz can seasoned black beans
1-15 oz kidney beans
1-15 oz pinto beans
1 cup onions
1 cup green bell peppers
1 can 28 oz diced tomatoes
3 Tbsp cooking oil
1 pk chili seasoning
1/3 cup water (if needed)

Direction:

1. Drain the juice from the kidney and pinto beans, but not the black beans.

2. In a large pot stir fry your onions and bell peppers.

3. Add all of your beans in with the tomatoes. Stir and add water if needed.

4 Add your chili powder mix well and let cook on medium heat for 25 minutes and server. YOU CAN DO IT!

Side Note:
Basic Ingredients for Homemade Chili Seasoning Mix Recipe: Tbsp (Tablespoon) Tsp (Teaspoon)
Chili Powder- Tbsp (You decide how much you want whether you want to range it b/w 1 to 5)
Onion Powder- Tsp (You decide how much to use whether b/w 1/4, 1/2 or 1)
Garlic Powder- Tsp (The same as onion powder)
Cayenne Pepper- Tsp (Mostly 1/4)
Ground Cumin- Tbsp or Tsp (Can range from either 2 tbsp or 1 tsp)
Salt- Tsp (Range from 1 to 3 tsp)
Black Pepper? Not sure if we are suppose to eat this but if yes here's the Tsp for it. (Range from 1/4 to 4 tsp)
optional added ingredients below:
Crushed Red Pepper- Tsp (Can range from 1 to however amount your comfortable with)
Dried Oregano- Tsp (Range from 1 to whatever your comfort is)
Paprika- Tsp (Range from 1 to whatever your comfort is)

Instructions: Mix the dried ingredients in a bowl and store in a tight container at room temperature. This combination or blend can last b/w 6 months to 1 year.

Ingredients
10 tomatoes (beef or roma variety)
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 cup chopped green pepper


Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to boil, plunge tomatoes in for 30 seconds. Remove, put immediately in a ice bath.
Peel the tomatoes. Discard the skins.
Dice the tomatoes up to desired size.
In a large pot on medium heat, combine all ingredients.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Then serve fresh or you can freeze them.
