Dairy Free Chia Seed Pudding:

-1/4 cup chia seeds
-1 cup almond/coconut milk (or milk of choice)
-1 cup fruit of choice
-2 tbsp raw organic honey
-optional vanilla extract, lemon extract, orange extract, etc.

*You can make up your own combinations like pineapple and shredded coconut, strawberries and blueberries with orange extract, raspberries and lemon extract, etc.*

Place all ingredients in a blender, blend 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into a mason jar and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. The chia seeds will absorb the liquid and become creamy and gelatinous. Makes 2.5 servings ors so.
