I designed and ordered these tracts from Printrunner.com, and got 1,000 for less than $200, and if you sign up for their email a few days prior they will send you a 20% off coupon. If you want to order these yourselves you will have to go to PrintRunner, click "design online" on the homepage, click "vertical" and then add the blue background, copy and paste the text onto their template, adjust everything to fit, save, and fill out the specifications: 8.5" x 11," color both sides, uncoated paper, half-fold, and quantity.
They are small enough to fit into a large purse for inconspicuous distribution, but they pack a lot of information. Good luck!
